Michael Phelps bought a $1.69 million condo in Baltimore at the waterfront.
Weird enough the building only has one communal pool. But I guess the fitness, terrace, cinemaroom, etc. makes it all good…
How can he pay this you are thinking? For starters, Visa offered him a 50 million dollar deal, and rumors are they are fighting for him…
