After months of discussions and meetings about Heath’s estate, his family finally decided it would be the ‘right thing to do’ to leave his 20 million dollar estate to his daughter Matilda Rose.

Originally the will had all the assets devided between Heath’s parents and sisters (Heath wrote his will before his daughter was born), but now they are giving it all up for Matilda Rose.

Last august, Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Collin Farell, who completed Heath’s last role in The imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus, also donated their salaries to Matilda Rose.

Heath Ledger died in January of an accidental prescription pill overdose.

THE investigation into Heath Ledger’s death has been officially closed, with the US Attorney’s office revealing it will not interrogate Mary-Kate Olsen.

Regarding the government’s investigation, at Ms. Olsen’s request, we have provided the government with relevant information including facts in the chronology of events surrounding Mr. Ledger’s death and the fact that Ms. Olsen does not know the source of the drugs Mr. Ledger consumed. “
